Waterfront Real Estate

Janine has lived in Washington her entire life and grew up camping, fishing, boating & swimming at her grandparents’ property on Lake Limerick. Her family also had property at Clear Lake in Thurston County.  Waterfront living is part of her DNA. Some of her fondest memories are fishing on area lakes with her father or waterskiing local waters with her church youth group. She loves kayaking with friends and family or hiking along a river or creek nearby with her best 4 legged friend. 

Before becoming a broker, Janine worked at Safeway for 27 years. She climbed the corporate ladder until she decided to change course and pursue her love of real estate, which had interested her for years. She has been a Listing Broker, Selling Broker for 8 years and is ready to go to work for you!

Waterfront living is an integral part of Janine’s childhood. Now she enjoys fishing and sharing that love with her son, much as her father taught her growing up. 

Janine and her spouse adopted their son, who is now eight years old. She spends some of her free time coaching his soccer and baseball teams. A lifelong animal lover, she loves the rescued animals in her family - currently three cats and two dogs.

Janine loves being a real estate broker. She enjoys helping people find their dream homes, sell their homes as they transition through life's stages and negotiating the best deal possible for her clients. She also loves the relationships she has made as a realtor and looks forward to the future ones as well. Most recently she loves sharing the waterfront lifestyle with others. 

If you see Janine on a lake or out on the sound, you can catch her boating, paddle-boarding or kayaking while enjoying all of the waterfront homes, often while dragging a sinking fly at the same time. She considers this her happy place.
